First time ordered the giant budget pack. Ordered online and delivered on time. Well packed and all logs all 10" wide. Fit into log store very neatly. Brilliant product and would recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2 packs. Both good quality. Clean, well-wrapped and on sturdy pallet. Driver used electric pallet truck to place the load where I asked.

Only burned a few logs so far but they burned well. Will definitely order again - in fact I wish I had bought 2 for 20% discount!

All looks good wood but still to burn though. The delivery was excellent and communications really good.
I’d give a 6 star if yo can work a better way to wrap the load, the netting is a bit of pain but i appreciate you need a secure low cost method to fix the load.

Super easy ordering and delivery. The driver could only deliver to the front of my drive due to the gravel and slope. However, I'd read the delivery information provided beforehand so was fully prepared for this. Quality of wood seems brilliant currently.

Haven't burned any yet but the wood is always good. Excellent customer service communicating with me when I had issues with collection dates due to road works. Always friendly in emails and quality always good. Highly recommend.
Delivery driver very helpful in putting it in garage for me. Only complaint was load had shifted to one side and looks ready to topple but shrink wrap seems to be holding it together. I will be careful when starting to use it. Logs look good and all set for colder days.
