Haven't burned any yet but the wood is always good. Excellent customer service communicating with me when I had issues with collection dates due to road works. Always friendly in emails and quality always good. Highly recommend.

Delivery driver very helpful in putting it in garage for me. Only complaint was load had shifted to one side and looks ready to topple but shrink wrap seems to be holding it together. I will be careful when starting to use it. Logs look good and all set for colder days.

The delivery was made earlier than advised, due to logistics. Driver was not able to go down the drive, but used the pallet truck to bring it down to close by the storage location. Very cheerful throughout.
Managed to get it all stored under cover before the weather changed.
When it is used up, will be back for another delivery

I think it's the best value logs i have bought for a long time. Good size logs and plenty of them. Filled my log store and then some. Definitely recommend.

Nice clean logs with hardly any loose bark, Netting does a good job but a bit annoying, lovely driver who put pallet just where I wanted it.

Dry. Consistent lengths. Free of dross. Arrived on time and to exactly where we wanted them. Helpful driver. Only annoyance is the fine, stretchy plastic mesh used to hold the logs together. It does it's job but it snags the logs when breaking them down. Despite my best efforts and a fair bit of fiddling we'll inevitably end up burning some plastic. Not ideal but not bad enough to drop a star. Good job.

I have tried many different suppliers of wood and Northern firewood are the best, the logs are of excellent quality, the waterproof packaging helps massively and the price is very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to all.

Have bought again, because first consignment was delivered on stated day and the wood high quality, clean with no waste in it. Didn't like the price, but it was discounted and logs are dearer this year

Easy to use service, placed the order and picked a delivery date around 1 month in advance. Delivery received on chosen day to our address in South Wales. Wood on pallet was well packed and dry with a mixture of hard and soft wood as advertised. Haven’t yet had the opportunity to burn the wood with the weather being so warm but see no reason why we’d experience any problems. Highly recommend.
