Delivery driver very helpful in putting it in garage for me

Delivery driver very helpful in putting it in garage for me. Only complaint was load had shifted to one side and looks ready to topple but shrink wrap seems to be holding it together. I will be careful when starting to use it. Logs look good and all set for colder days.

The delivery was made earlier than advised

The delivery was made earlier than advised, due to logistics. Driver was not able to go down the drive, but used the pallet truck to bring it down to close by the storage location. Very cheerful throughout.
Managed to get it all stored under cover before the weather changed.
When it is used up, will be back for another delivery

0/10 for the delivery company which I know are nothing to do with the seller. After one failed delivery ( driver couldn’t work the tailgate ramp),turned up three days later unannounced. Large divots left in driveway which we’ve never had before with any wood delivery.

Hi Mark, Really sorry to hear about the continuing issues. We were told the depot manager would contact you to arrange the re-delivery, but they clearly didn't bother. Apologies also for mess left behind too. I will pass all this to Palletways for response. If you decide to order again in the future, I will put it on our alternative courier for you. Nice clean logs with hardly any loose bark

Nice clean logs with hardly any loose bark, Netting does a good job but a bit annoying, lovely driver who put pallet just where I wanted it.
